A few minutes of prep makes the drop easy
The truck backs in — move cars, trailers, and cans off the drive the night before.
Low branches and wires are the most common reason a delivery can't be completed.
A cone, chalk, or a photo by text — if nobody is home we still know where it goes.
Leave room on delivery day and pickup day so the driver can line up the can.
How do I sign up?
It only takes a few minutes online. Enter your address to confirm we serve your area, pick a plan, create an account, and you're all set. No phone calls or paperwork required.
When will my trash be picked up?
Your pickup day is set when you sign up and stays the same each week. You'll receive a reminder notification the evening before your scheduled pickup.
How does billing work?
We bill you monthly (or quarterly/annually if you choose a discounted plan) via the payment method on file. You can add a card or bank account in your customer portal and enable autopay so invoices are paid automatically.
What if I need an extra cart?
Many of our plans support additional carts for a small monthly fee. You can adjust the number of carts right on the signup form, or contact us to modify your service later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel service at any time from your customer portal or by contacting us directly. We'll prorate any unused service.
Do you recycle?
We offer separate recycling pickup on many of our plans. Check the available plans for your address to see recycling options, or contact us to add it to your service.
